the location was ideal, near shops and cafes, yet peaceful! the room was super clean. the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness.
I requested a quiet room. I didn't receive one. my room faced a busy street and resulted in poor sleep during my entire stay. i suggest improvements in soundproofing.

The hotel's location was very convenient , within easy walking distance to the city center. I found the rooms clean. Beds were made daily while I was out. A local Tesco was also a short walk away , a definite plus.

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to shops and public transport. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!!!
The gym was quite small. It only had a few pieces of equipment.

This hotel is located just outside the main tourist area, a tram station is very close. the room had ample space. i found the included breakfast buffet great. It had a wide selection. the reception staff were friendly. They always offered help with any questions.
i noticed the bathroom towels had not been changed upon my arrival in the room.
