the location was superb, with easy access to many attractions. i found the spa and pool area particularly relaxing, i felt pampered. the staff were attentive, especially when i needed something.

the room was a bit too dark, i found it hard to read at times. soundproofing was an issue, i heard music from the bar. i wished for a larger window, so i could see more outside.

The reception staff was very helpful. They assisted with all my inquiries. The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels were also provided each evening. This service was excellent. The location is excellent, close to many significant sites.

The room was not sufficiently soundproof. I could clearly hear music from the bar, it was quite bothersome. The decoration in the room was too dark. It had a very small window, this did not help.

the location was quite good, a real benefit. the breakfast was pretty good, especially the pastries. the hotel had a pool, this was a plus after a day of walking (i swam a few laps).

the room i had felt a little small (especially compared to the pictures). i also noticed some noise from the street at night. the mini-bar prices were rather high (i didn't buy anything).
