The restaurant service was quite slow. We waited a while to be seated, though many tables were open. staff walked by without really noticing us, and it took some time to get a jug of water i requested. also, some menu items were unavailable, so our choices were limited, it's a real shame!

the signage to the hotel was poor. it was quite easy to miss a turn, and i almost got stuck near the overflowing river near the hotel.

There was a extra charge to use the pool facilities. i paid alot of money to stay here. i thought i could have a nice relaxing weekend and enjoy the hotel facilities.

The restaurant provided an excellent evening meal!!! anna's cute service was especially attentive. the breakfast options had tasty vegan sausages. These were available upon request. we were greeted with a warm bedroom in the original building. It was perfect.

i found the restaurant and bar staff very polite and professional the food in the restaurant was delicious. the evening service was really good anna was amazingly cute and attentive. breakfast was great tasty and had enough options vegan sausages were available separately. i enjoyed walking into a warm bedroom in the original building gifts were brought into the room and presented nicely.

the pool area could use a refresh i noticed some patched areas on the ceiling as well as some mold and flaky paint around the windows
