The superior double room was spacious. it included a seating area. the extensive grounds were a riot of colour. I liked this a lot.
The grey's restaurant service was not very good. i felt i had to look after myself during sunday lunch. no wine or water was poured. It was strange.

I stayed in a superior double room. It felt spacious. the room featured a very comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar with free soft drinks. the bathroom had ample amenities. I especially liked that they avoided fiddly, eco-unfriendly single-use bottles. staff cleaned my muddy trainers overnight, ready for more adventures.
The artificial scent throughout the manor was quite strong. it affected my allergies. It even transferred to my laundry. i hope they consider a natural scent in the future.

The food was AMAZING!!! Harry. Yasmin and Daniel were so friendly. The ladies at the reception desk were helpful.
The pod walls were slimy. There was a build of pink sludge around the door. The shower had no hot water.

wonderful impressionpractical amenitiesbirthday cakehotel staff
the gates opened as i approached. the suite offered champagne and birthday cake. cleanliness was evident everywhere, and i found useful amenities, like a fridge, coffee machine, and tv in both the sitting room and bedroom very practical. the hotel staff cleaned my shoes and parked my car.
the brasserie food did not meet my expectations. it was hard to find food to eat based on my intolerances. furthermore, the tea had a chlorinated taste. i spotted dirt on the water cups.

the grounds are beautiful and expansive. i liked this very much.
the reception desk service was appalling. instead of a 'can do' attitude, it was too much effort. i wanted to upgrade an afternoon tea voucher with sparkling wine, but they said it couldn't be done since it was a different company. they didn't even bother trying to contact them, just shrugged it off.
