quiet locationstaff unknowledgeablenesscharging failure
the location was good it was quiet and well maintained.
the electric vehicle charging failed staff knowledge was limited i believe a manager was disinterested this created inconvenience the charging point should be reliable staff need proper training regarding it.

The breakfast was okay (I suppose).
The room needed some attention. A previous guest left socks in a drawer. My room was also right next to some terribly creaky wooden stairs. Every time someone used them, I heard it all.

the breakfast was superb and the rooms are big i also liked the nice atmosphere in the lounge and the great whisky selection at the bar. the staff was lovely professional and polite too they were always very helpful .
i found the hotel to be crowded i also noticed it seemed a bit tired compared to my previous stays food is good but quite expensive. i asked for a bottle of water at checkout and i was asked to pay for it even though it was reusable

the room was spacious there was also a comfortable bed the room had ample storage space i appreciated the blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep experience.

the staff were always polite i thought the check-in was fast and efficient i could easily request extra towels and toiletries were promptly supplied upon request .

the hotel offers convenient access to nearby shops it is close to restaurants also the hotel is situated near public transport links making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym i saw there was also an indoor pool available there is an on-site restaurant with a diverse menu i think there were ample parking spaces available.
