my standard king room was clean the bed was comfortable i found easy access to parking i liked the location for touring attractions the staff were helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the steam area i relaxed before my work i loved it here. the staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly i felt welcomed. breakfast was great the car charger worked well it was easy to use.
the gym was a little busy during peak hours so sometimes i had to wait for equipment it was a very slight issue though.

the breakfast options were acceptable.
The room carpets had stains. I found dents in the floor. the bed sagged considerably. the furniture looked quite tired. I noted stains on it, and there was no fridge. i expect better for the price charged.

I found the beds and bedding very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast selections had good variety. Most of the staff were genuinely helpful . The hotel was clean and well-presented throughout (from reception to the restaurant).
The shower being over the bath without a moveable hose made showering a little inconvenient.
