i was really grateful for the spacious room. the bed was comfy and the bathroom have a separate shower. the hotel location allowed easy access to local attractions.
the gym was a little small and lack variety of equipment. the breakfast buffet had limited options, i expect more variety. the room service menu needed more choices.

efficient service comfortable bedding easy access modern equipment
the staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service. my room had comfortable bedding and blackout curtains, which ensured good sleep. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i also enjoyed the gym (it had modern equipment).
the bathroom had limited counter space, making it slightly difficult to manage toiletries.

The hotel features a lebanese restaurant, baba, offering happy hour. breakfast included many options. I tried a lot. there is also a fine dining restaurant, aizle, which i heard great comments about.

the hotel spa was a highlight, very relaxing. the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts. guests can enjoy complimentary beer and wine in the bar each afternoon (a real treat!).

the staff were cute and helpful. the concierge offered good restaurant recommendations. the hotel provides valet service, so it's easy to have a car. the team took care of every detail (i especially liked this).

The staff was very friendly and informative. I enjoyed the tour of the hotel upon arrival. The staff really were very good. The hotel is fine and very peaceful.
The check-in process was SLOW. There was only one receptionist when I arrived. I waited a long time and it gave a bad first impression. The room was clean BUT small. The bathroom was tiny too.
