The bus stop is located right outside the hotel. I found a convenient Co-op store at the petrol station opposite the hotel. My luggage was safely stored prior to my check-in (which i definitely appreciated).
Tea bags and milk in the rooms were quite sparse, I think, it would be nice to have more available.

The staff members displayed great customer service, showing that they are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the variety of options (especially the croissants!), and the service was attentive.

The room felt spacious and quiet. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and cozy seating, and overall, the cleanliness was great. I have nothing to complain about. There were sufficient toiletries in the bathroom.

loud unitcool air
The air conditioning unit was a real letdown. I'm not sure if it was just broken, but it didn't push out any cool air at all. instead, there was a portable unit already running in the room upon arrival. the worst part? it was loud, and the room was still too warm to sleep comfortably. It woke me up a few times during the night. frankly, the price felt wildly expensive for the experience.

the bus stop outside was very convenient for getting to the city centre, running frequently. the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the waiters in the restaurant. i found everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
i noticed a flashing light from a ceiling-mounted sensor in my room, which disturbed my sleep. there was also a buzzing noise coming from one of the lights near the bed. this made it hard to relax completely at night.

the beautiful double room was spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable place to unwind. the bed felt comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep. i was given a choice of a ground floor or higher room.

Breakfast was well-organized, and the quality of the food was excellent. the restaurant was busy, and the food smelled delicious. i really liked the bar staff. One woman went the extra mile to chat with me and ensure i had everything.

the location is convenient, being near the airport, though not too close as to constantly hear planes. the hotel offers easy access to transportation options. it is within walking distance of the train and tram station, which makes getting into the city easy.

the staff were friendly and efficient. the location provides great transport links. i liked that breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts i have had.
the changing room facilities were very poor. i noticed broken lockers and showers that did not work. there was a lot of mould and fungus growing in the steam room walls too.
