the spa treatment was Really good. my body polish left my skin feeling rejuvenated. i also loved the wafers provided, a good touch.
the pool area DID feel a little overcrowded during peak hours, making it harder to find a sunbed.

i stayed in the superior double or twin room. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well. the room had two separate sinks, i appreciated that. the housekeeping kept it very clean each day.
The gym only had one treadmill, and i wanted to run with my friend. the mini-bar was expensive, so i did not use it. i found the chapel lighting cost excessive. It was almost three hundred pounds just for some petals and candles.

The staff were attentive , ensuring every need was met. The hotel offered luxurious facilities , including a spa that provided various treatments. I enjoyed the convenience of having a well-equipped gym available. Complimentary bottled water in the room was a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.
The service charge felt a bit unexpected on the final bill , even though it was optional.

the hotel is bright with a lot of glass. it features nice furniture set in green surroundings (i enjoyed the golf course view!). the reception staff were very cute. a staff member offered to take my luggage to the room.
dinner in the clocktower was underwhelming. i waited 30 minutes for my starter to arrive. my server did not appear to be very happy in their work. (it seemed like a long wait!). breakfast was quite poor, considering the costs involved.

i enjoyed a fantastic stay at this venue i found the staff helpful and attentive throughout my visit the dining experiences were really good the spa facilities are world class and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience i thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful gardens i will return for another visit soon
the only minor issue was slow service at the bar one evening it was a busy time nevertheless it could have been faster
