The location proved superb for my trip. I found the staff professional and helpful throughout my stay. The room featured a blackout blind, which REALLY helped me get a good night's sleep.
The pool area felt TOO hot and humid for relaxation. There were a few small but important things missing, such as hooks for robes.

The gym was well-equipped. It had modern machines. The staff at reception were also friendly. They were helpful with directions and local recommendations. I was pleased with their attentiveness. The hotel offers great value for its location.
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. I could not adjust the thermostat to my preferred setting. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. I expected better climate control.

I found the hotel to be very chic with excellent service. the room was large and comfortable. breakfast had an excellent choice of items, and i especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs on the self-service hot selection. It is rare that they are so good.
i did find that the complimentary tea and coffee selection was rather meagre..

bashar at the front desk offered easy check-in, a wonderful welcome indeed. he also explained the evening arrangements so tenderly. he clarified parking options advising what suited best, and secured spa bookings, offering a room upgrade.. it was a surprise!!!
The air conditioning in the room was making a big noise. It did not work properly.
