lovely city getaway
polite staff central location varied breakfast
i really enjoyed my stay. the hotel staff was polite and always ready to help. the location is central. breakfast offered a great variety of options.
i did notice that the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently in all areas of the hotel.

a unremarkable stay.
faulty shower loose towel rail
the bar provided acceptable service and drinks met my expectations.
the shower did not drain properly and i was limited to short showers to prevent the tray from overflowing. a towel rail in the bathroom was loosely attached. it came off the wall during use. the lack of proper maintenance was disappointing.

friendly staff excellent spa
The staff were friendly. I felt so welcomed! i was also given a complimentary upgrade to my room as it was my birthday. the spa facilities were excellent, and i spent a lot of time there. the location is superb, i will definitely return!
The noise of the trams disrupted sleep. They run from early morning until late at night. i woke up a few times due to the trams passing by. i mentioned it to reception at check-out, and they suggested requesting a room on the opposite side of the building next time.

The hotel is close to the palace theatre, very convenient for shows. trams and public transportation are easily accessible from this location. i found it easy to navigate the surrounding area on foot. Everything was within a short distance.
