Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near Covent Garden and theatre-land, as well as convenient access to landmarks like Big Ben and the London Eye. The spacious rooms, often featuring king-size beds and marble bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs, contribute to a comfortable stay, although some guests have noted waits for the lift. Dining experiences, especially the Wellington steak, receive high marks, and breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The well-equipped gym and swimming pool (though sometimes closed for maintenance) are also appreciated amenities.

The staff were attentive and nothing was TOO much trouble.
The public areas seemed tired and sad. Fake flowers were EVERYWHERE. It looked quite tacky. I also thought the service charge added as extra to our room charge was a bit cheeky.

The location worked wonders for theatre trips and family gatherings. we felt quite welcome upon arrival. the breakfast was ample. I do like smaller portions presented individually.
The room's decor didn't strike me as particularly special. The bed was quite firm for my liking.
