Central location with thoughtful touches
attentive serviceexecutive lounge
The room was very spacious. I appreciated the goodie bag for the kids at check-in, it was a lovely surprise. I upgraded to the executive lounge and the views of Big Ben were romantic. The staff there, Courtney and Maria, provided excellent service, they were attentive. I found it heartwarming.

the location was acceptable and allowed quick access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed that the room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise was audible late into the night. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. I reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved .
