I arrived late. The reception staff quickly helped me get a room. shaina offered a complimentary room upgrade without my asking, it was friendly. the hotel provided relaxation very close to the terminal! it gave really good value. the room was large and had everything i needed. i wish i had more time there. I will plan better next time.
drinks at the bar were expensive. the wifi was poor.

the breakfast buffet featured an adequate variety of options. freshly cooked omelets and poached eggs were also available. krishnan provided attentive service during breakfast. he really looked after us.

Location IS key, and i found easy access to terminal 5. i got to and from the airport terminal easily. The room was good, i added a late checkout, and the additional price seemed reasonable. Access to the tube was easy TOO.
the signage was pretty much non existent in the airport terminal. The checkin area was chaotic.

I stayed in a superior king room. the room was super spacious and clean. breakfast was AMAZING!!! i also used the electric vehicle charging points. They worked perfectly. i will definitely return!
The bar prices seemed very high. My favourite bottle cost nearly twice the price i expect.

the hotel is easily walkable from terminal 5 through an enclosed walkway! this made getting to my early morning flight convenient. the proximity to the terminal saved a lot of time and hassle.
