really good service and elegant rooms
attentive staff helpful concierge wonderful staff great experience
the staff was very attentive at breakfast. the concierge, especially, was helpful. the bar staff at artesian were wonderful (i loved the cocktails!). the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
i thought the main dining room interior design was slightly off.

the hotel made my husband's birthday really nice, nice. the staff treatment was excellent. i have stayed here before and knew it was good, so that was expected. from the lovely smell when you walk in to the good hand cream in the room, all is perfect.

the staff members really go above and beyond for all guests. they were friendly, polite, and ready to help when asked. you can also expect great service from everyone working there too.

the rooms are really spacious with very comfortable beds. it was also very quiet, which i loved. there was no noise at all, that was important to me. everything you need for a good time is there.

the pool temperature was just right which was nice. there is also a lovely aroma everywhere in the hotel, i did like this. it makes the whole place feel more special than what it really is.

it is walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries, and malls i saw. eurostar is a quick drive, about 12 mins it seems. consulates are nearby too if you need those. so many options close by.

I appreciated the attentive service throughout my stay. The staff were professional and efficient. The club room offered a haven with excellent staff. The hotel's environment felt both luxurious and beautiful.
The room was quite small, and the window faced a brick wall.
