The location was amazing. The staff were friendly. I found a great gym. I could easily work up an appetite for restaurants nearby. The building itself had a beautifully restored, traditional design, a lovely slice of real culture. Our room included decorations to celebrate our anniversary. The staff's friendly touch added a special element. It's the small details. They had decorated the room beautifully. Breakfast included a great selection and high-quality ingredients. It was actually hot, and everything was fresh. I had a good experience, all round.

precious MOMENTS in a central location

I found a room beautifully DECORATED upon arrival, it was such a sweet surprise. the staff had left little sweets. A lovely personal TOUCH. breakfast was divine, i adored the omelette station.

Lance ensured we always had drinks. He was fantastic!!! The afternoon tea was explained well, and it was amazing. I would definitely return after such a positive experience. It was so tender and idealistic.
The room doors are very loud when closed, and it disrupts a sound sleep. The temperature control in the room was poor. It got very hot. A portable cooler fan was delivered, but this felt a little underwhelming.

The staff were very accommodating. They provided a room upgrade upon arrival. I also received a welcome treat bag. The location proved very convenient, offering easy access to many attractions. The Regent Street shopping area was just behind the building.
I experienced a very slight delay during check-in. The room was almost ready.

staff were very eager to help, i guess, and the location worked for what i needed.
the room i had was totally not modern, it needed a refurb badly, for real. old carpet was stained, chipped paint was everywhere, furniture looked like it hadn't been touched in ages. i felt it's not a 5 star hotel.
