overrated and overpriced
I was expecting much more for the price i paid, i was very frustrated. the advertised complimentary amenities were often missing. the minibar was not restocked daily as promised. It started early each morning and disrupted my sleep.

smooth check-in special attention generic apology own way
i found the doorman, john, very helpful with parking and cute me. shannon offered special attention during a smooth check-in. (it was a nice touch.)
i found no one directed me to the lift. i had to find my own way around the hotel. i received only a generic apology when i let reception know about this.

room disappointed, service indifference
cramped bathroom art deco
the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area.
the room i had was smaller than expected the bathroom was particularly cramped making it difficult to move around the toilet i also found the bar disappointing the chairs seemed out of place and the atmosphere did not match my expectations i anticipated a more art deco ambiance with appropriate music and lighting.

a heavenly stay
warm service charming staff elegant surrounding really good hotel
our expectations were high. our experience surpassed them. we enjoyed a heavenly stay wrapped in the warmest service. the staff was delightfully charming. the surroundings were understatedly elegant. i would stay again without hesitation. the hotel is really good. it's hard to find fault with any aspect of my visit.
the bathroom felt small. larger individuals might encounter some difficulty moving around the toilet area to open and shut the door. I did find this slightly inconvenient. the bath was also a bit compact.

the room had individual accommodations. it offered a spacious living area alongside a beautiful bathroom. the amenities included first-rate breakfasts served in the foyer. room service was prompt and efficient with the staff always polite.

warm greeting attentive service comfortable suite
The doorman greeted me warmly and promptly assisted with my luggage. Shannon at check-in was so attentive. I received an upgrade to a terrace suite (it included every comfort!).
The minibar pricing felt a little steep.
