amazing stay at the o2!
excellent showerlovely roomfull-size toiletries
the location is perfect for events at the o2, and i completely avoided the crowds after a concert. the room was lovely, and the toiletries were an absolute delight! it was great that they provided full-size items. the shower was excellent, and i loved that there was both a bath and robes.
the room i booked wasn't ready when i arrived, and that was a bit of a letdown.

The location was excellent! It was a really short walk to the O2. Checking in went smoothly, and I appreciated the warm welcome at reception.
My room had no bin liners in the bins. They also didn't tell me the view would be covered in scaffolding! I had to pay £314. I was not happy.

I found the passageway to the arena very convenient. Polite staff assisted with all requests promptly. I had access to the pool and gym. The sky bar provided amazing views..

the staff was very friendly. i appreciate how easy i got access to the o2 arena. the hotel offer good rooms near to the event area, it was quite convenient. the indoor swimming pool provided a really relaxing escape.
i was a bit disappointed to discover the fire alarm went off at midnight. there was no guidance during the alarm, it was a long time standing outside. extra charges showed up for minibar items i did not use.

The location was ideal. It was really close to the o2 arena. Access to the arena was super easy via a tunnel. The hotel also features a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room (perfect.
The cleanliness of the toilet bowl needs attention. It looked clean at first glance, but the back of the bowl was dirty. Bleach should sit in it and it needs a proper clean. This is a training issue on how to clean toilets properly. The mattress was not as comfortable as i expected.
