Excellent Stay with minor issue
special assistance beautiful view helpful staff
I stayed in this place lots times. My room included special assistance, and it was beautiful. Everything about my room and the view was perfect. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One gentleman got me some nail clippers when he noticed I had a Whitlow. The gym and spa also were excellent.

The pool and sauna were available daily. The gym is accessible. There is also a WhatsApp concierge. A guest can ask for help anytime with a text message. All can be arranged for a guest.

Oblix restaurant had excellent food. Gong bar food was very good. Breakfast every morning was sensational. French toast was delicious. TĪNG restaurant offers dining. It is worth noting wine was very expensive.

My room provided views of the city. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. The beds included linens. Many rooms appear to have good views. Heated toilet seats feature in rooms.

The location is close to borough market. It is also near station. Rooms overlook the Thames. The view is really good with landmarks. Rooms face south with no landmarks.

lovely view amazing view professional staff
Room 4403 provided a lovely view of the city. I could see the bridge and the river from my window. The staff were professional. The manager is doing a fantastic job.

breakfast buffet hot items sound system air conditioning
the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the selection included both hot and cold items. the staff in the oblix restaurant were very attentive.
my room did not include a bose sound system. i found that disappointing for a hotel of this standard. there was also some noise at night, i believe it came from the air conditioning.

nice showers large room
The room was large and included nice showers and a bath.
I was annoyed that the hotel charged me extra. I asked about a 5% extra charge at reception and the person said it was negotiable. I did not like this act.
