nice foyer excellent breakfast
the hotel has a nice reception foyer and the staff were good. after i'd run the staff allowed us to shower and change in the spa area as we had to travel straight home. breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay there again.
the pool was very dilapidated with the edging VERY mouldy and the new temporary edging falling off or just strewn around the edges of the pool.

the check in process was easy. the room size was decent. the staff was helpful and kind.
the hotel felt quite dark upon entry. i noticed the toilets are located behind reception. the signage to the toilets was not clear.

ideal location helpful staff
the location was ideal for seeing many attractions. i received an upgraded room upon arrival! the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
the hairdryer in my room had a short, coiled cable. this made it difficult to use, as it kept pulling out of the socket.
