The beds were unbelievably comfy! i had such an excellent sleep. the pool area was also spacious. ordering drinks poolside was easy. The staff were very attentive!!!

the superior cave room was gorgeous and spacious! the large tv was amazing. the bathroom was also gorgeous, so modern!
the pool felt a little small. it was also quite busy when i visited. there weren't many places to sit.

the bed was super comfy at the hotel. i found the staff attentive to my needs. the korean cow girl food was out of this world.
the spa was quite small with limited seating. i noticed the waiters ignored customers. the mini fridge items were pricey.

i loved my room, it was so nice and luxurious with an imitation fire, so cool! the korean cowgirl restaurant was divine, i ate there for dinner and breakfast. the reception staff were really polite and helpful
the air-con didn't work in my room, uncomfortably hot. it was a minor issue, though!
