The location is very nice. I walked to many attractions. The bar was great, and the lobby decoration is fabulous. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Getting food delivered to the lobby was convenient.
The windows lacked proper soundproofing, so I heard some street noise.

The location is superb with easy access to many of the area's main attractions. The city centre is easily accessible. Public transport links are nearby, providing convenient access to the rest of the area. I could easily walk to the theatre and other points of interest.

The location was near the city centre and bars. It took only a short walk to reach them. The room felt spacious, easily accommodating our group. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful.
The TV faced the wrong way making it hard to watch.

The hotel location proved very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious with large beds. The in-built Bluetooth speakers added a nice touch. I thought it was a great value for money (that's important).
The breakfast was disappointing, with only scrambled eggs available. I was told there was no choice of eggs. The information did not seem accurate since only a few other guests were present.

Our luxury studio sleeping 4 was a good size! it included tea, coffee, and milk. the location was convenient to shops, bars, and restaurants. parking was underneath the hotel and reasonably priced. This made things easier.
The tv did not work and some channels froze often. This was frustrating. the spa bath drained itself, so that was annoying. loud knocking on the door occurred at 3am.

the staff were helpful and polite, providing assistance when needed. the front desk quickly brought milk when requested! they resolved a safe issue within ten minutes.

The location was fantastic, we were in walking distance from the shops, cafes and restaurants. staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. i loved the intriguing hallway.
the tv didn't work and any channels that did work froze every 5 minutes. the spa bath kept draining itself and the shower leaked cold water while in there especially when the jets were on, it was quite a nuisance.

The staff were helpful. The car park under the hotel was convenient and the price was reasonable. I really appreciated the amazing bath and shower (it was so relaxing after a long day).
The room I was in was quite noisy. Buses passed frequently late at night and early in the morning. The curtains did not close properly so I had to use a clip to keep them shut to block out the light.
