excellent breakfastprofessional staffmissing air conditioningtasteless soup
the breakfast was excellent. staff were very professional and helpful throughout the entire stay I appreciated that. The hotel's location next to the lakes was also very convenient.
my room lacked air conditioning! i found this made the room too hot for my liking. also, I noticed that the food from the bar was not good, the pizza was dry, and the soup was tasteless.

An Okay Stay with Room for Improvement

The pool area lacked attention. I noticed the absence of cups at water stations. Changing rooms were messy with towels everywhere. Cleanliness seemed to be an issue. My bedroom's side lights did not function. Honestly, the bed was not very comfortable. Not what I expected at that price.

the service charge was added to the restaurant bill. i would like to decide if i want to tip and choose the amount. i admit i didn't read this on the menu until i got home, so i could have asked for it to be removed. i am not complaining about the service, as it was good, however i found the bar area unclean. the fold up bed in the room was in poor condition too.
