the menu in the bar was quite limited. my burger was overcooked. a service charge was applied (i didn't see that beforehand). i would have preferred a wider selection.

The provided dog maps were a nice touch for exploring the area.
Our "Bottom" Hideaway Hut was not flawless , I noted some maintenance issues. The swing seat near the hot tub was broken. Also , the lighting around the hot tub was far too bright , , made it difficult to relax in the evening.

we booked a hideaway hut. it included a roll-top bath and roof view of the trees from the bed. quality bedlinen and dressing gowns were provided. the private hot tub outside was super clean and relaxing. an egg swing chair and fire pit outside completed our evening. staff had left chocolates and a gift voucher for drinks.
the menu in the bar was quite limited, so i thought it would be good, but my burger was over cooked and burnt at the edge.

The room was a Superior King Room, a great size. It included a super king bed, wardrobe, and dressing table. The breakfast was superb with a continental selection and a hot cooked choice.
Check-in took an excessive amount of time. The system kept crashing. Normal standard bedrooms have only chromecast internet TV that does not work, so only freeview TV..
