rejuvenating escape

friendly stafffine groundsloose key holder
The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are fine. the conservatory is a beautiful space. i enjoyed time in my room and it was immaculately upkept by the housekeeping team. i had the wonderful treat of a spa cocoon. I felt so good afterwards. the new gym is smart looking. The equipment is lovely to use.
I was told i had to wait to be shown to my room. The room was being cleaned. once inspecting the room, i noticed many problems. the room key holder was loose, so the lights would turn off constantly.

The staff at reception greets you in a friendly way. Nothing is too much trouble! the team ensures that i had a nearby table. Having the allergy menu set out ready, they are amazing.

I really enjoyed my visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful . They answered all my questions. the grounds were well maintained, i noticed beautiful flowers and landscaping throughout.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some machines were showing wear. also, the wifi signal in my room was quite weak. it made it difficult to stream videos.

empty tissue boxartificial drinks
The advertised luxury experience fell short. the tissue box in the toilet was empty. That's just basic. i also found the drinks overly sweet and artificial. the value wasn't there. It felt more like an ordinary room near overcrowded facilities than a luxury experience.

wonderful staffcomfortable roomodd paint
The staff were all wonderful. the room was super clean and cozy with a terrace opposite the waterfall. the grounds are beautiful. There are places to sit and chill everywhere. i had a wonderful massage. Freddie was very caring and professional.
there is the odd paint chip here and there, but, given the age and size of the building, it is beautifully maintained.
