The spa facilities proved enjoyable despite the absence of a therapist. I could not have massages.
i was disappointed with the room i received it felt a bit dated, and i found a few areas where the cleanliness wasn't up to par it impacted my overall impression of the stay.

Charming Stay at Manor!

I was charmed by the clean hotel! It had everything I needed for my stay. The food in the restaurant was really good! I also very much enjoyed the spa facilities. It was very relaxing.
I found that the hallways were rather dire and smelled odd! This needs improvement. I think the outside of the building looks more excellent than the inside.

The hotel manager Tyrone was really enthusiastic about the place. He convinced us to have dinner, indeed great. Nicola on reception welcomed us and sorted out the little extra bits my partner wanted. She was great!

There is a lovely big and warm indoor pool plus steam room and sauna available. They also have a good gym and nice facilities. I recommend guests try the health club. Note that the whirlpool is out of action indefinitely.

The hotel features a lovely golf course setting. The grounds are beautiful. An Indian restaurant sits conveniently at the end of the drive! I found the location very peaceful.

The request for swan towels on the bed for the bridal shower was fulfilled. The staff brought us bottled water and were generally helpful. The location is a little far from Hertfordshire center, this was anticipated. I found the hotel very elegant.

Breakfast had very good options and a lot of variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. The cooked breakfast included bacon, sausages, eggs, and toast. The restaurant offered a three-course meal with different options.

Staff members were friendly and helpful in fulfilling requests. The reception staff provided quick and easy check-in. Some staff helped arrange specific requests, like decorating the bed with swan towels.
