convenient central stay
comfortable bed good staff
the location was perfect. it was easy to reach many shops and restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed, and the shower worked great. i was happy that staff delivered on a small birthday request from my fiancée.
the noise insulation was poor. i could hear loud conversations and every breath from the rooms next to mine. this.

the hotel is close to the city center. its location is great for victoria bus station. the hotel is also next door to the victoria shopping centre. everything i needed was local, and easy to reach.

Really good Stay at a Convenient Location!

I had complimentary champagne upon arrival. This was such a treat. The room included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. I greatly appreciated these features. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and professional.
The elevators were a bit slow. This caused some delays during peak times. The waits were never too long, but they were still noticeable. It was a minor inconvenience overall.

i found the location very central to everything i wanted to see. the room featured complimentary robes and slippers. the breakfast buffet had a good assortment of hot and cold items.
the walls seemed thin, i heard some noise from adjacent rooms.
