cute check-inprofessional young manstained carpetthin towel
I came to swim and used the hot tubs. cat checked us in and explained everything. She was really cute! theo, a young man, escorted us to our hot tub and brought our drinks. He was very nice and professional!
the room had stains on the carpet and the bathroom towels felt thin and rough! the tv was a good size but far from the seating area. i woke feeling like i had gone 10 rounds with mike tyson!

The staff at the spa were really attentive. I liked Nina. The outdoor hot tub had beautiful scenery and sunshine. I also enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was tasty.

i enjoyed the spacious, clean room . all of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the beautiful location allowed for some lovely walks near the golf course (which i found quite enjoyable). i had a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed.

room needed SOME improvements
bad markssticky surface
The bath's bottom had BAD marks, a real eyesore. i found every surface in the room sticky, a clear sign of poor cleaning. opening the windows needed ingenuity. I resorted to using the room bible AND a coat hanger. the shower screen had filth. it was annoying.
