Fantastic Stay!

The reception staff was friendly and cute upon arrival I found the room to be clean and of good size. The food in the restaurant was excellent. It was beautifully cooked and the restaurant staff were superb. Abi's professionalism and friendliness really stood out to me during the visit.
I had a slight issue with the parking charge. Paying £12 per night felt excessive.

The spa facilities impressed me. The outdoor jacuzzi was particularly enjoyable. the gym featured modern equipment and i noticed staff maintained cleanliness.. quite refreshing. i found no issues in room 75, a definite plus. dinner at the tapas restaurant proved amazing. Four tapas for £32 reminded me of a steal, and we ordered more.
i did find that parking cost £12 per night if not pre-booked directly, a small detail i wish i had known in advance.

The staff was friendly. They even helped me get settled. the room i had was clean and well kept. the onsite restaurant provided very tasty food. breakfast was also quite good with a wide variety of options.
the temperature in the room was a little difficult to regulate at first.

Comfortable Stay Near the University

I found the indoor pool a good size. Excellent food was served. The room was spacious with two chairs, an armchair, desk, and console table. The bathroom seemed newly refurbished.
The breakfast, although good, was same each day. I stayed for six nights with my family, so it became repetitive. More variety should have been included for longer stays.

The restaurant service proved disjointed. Staff seemed unclear about procedures. Extra drinks looked on my bill at checkout, this created an unnecessary issue. I found this quite irritating, given that I had prepaid for certain items.

The staff was cute, very friendly, and attentive. The king-sized double bed in my room was really comfy. Breakfast offered a great choice. The selection was plentiful and good quality. The food was AMAZING!!!
