The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel had been recently upgraded. It included everything I needed! The bathroom was clean I noticed, and the staff showed good manners.
The car park area IS unkept and surrounded by wasteland, a minor inconvenience.

The location offers a nice big lake and a beautiful view, alongside plentiful parking. It's a really scenic spot. The main hotel entrance looked marvelous, and the surroundings contributed to an appealing first impression.

jazeel was helpful. He quickly resolved everything. the room was tucked away nicely in the cottage area. dinner was delicious. I ordered the stacked burger with fries and sauce! nearby, there's a bargain booze and tesco for any necessities.
the main thing was that i found no pans in the kitchen so i couldn't do any serious cooking, though this was a very minor thing!

the breakfast selection was good with options like a classic english breakfast, pastries, fruits, cereals and cheese, ensuring a variety of choices for every guest, particularly when attending later in the morning.

After checkout i enjoyed a couples massage. It was fantastic. the staff were very attentive and created a wonderful experience. the bar is also open 24 hours which is very convenient.

The cottage rooms are comfortable. My bathroom had a great shower. the kitchen area provides sufficient facilities. the bed was very large, including a large duvet and a nice couch seemingly convertible to a fold-out bed, perfect for relaxation.
