parking was ample, a real plus. the breakfast buffet had many options. the location is beachfront, offering sea views from many spots. i loved having direct access to the beach (it was so convenient).
the room rate felt a little high considering the season, but the overall experience made up for it.

the hotel had plenty of parking space. room 312 had adjoining rooms with a double bed and two singles, two bathrooms and a sea view which was great for our family. the swimming pool on site had a sauna, and towels were provided for pool visits. breakfast in the morning included everything.

The hotel offered convenient access right on the beach. It had a great location and setting. gwrych abergele castle is one nearby monument that guests can see. The hotel is only five meters from the sea.

the shower in my room was consistently cold. i reported this to reception, but the issue was not resolved . the television was mounted too high on the wall.

The location of the hotel is a real benefit, with easy beach access. Staff demonstrated politeness and professionalism in all interactions. The evening entertainment at the bar added to the experience, a real win. Access to the bar, restaurant, and breakfast room were all managed effectively.
Some areas show some finish issues, particularly noticeable paintwork and carpets needing some attention.
