The location was indeed perfect, close to many attractions! I found the staff helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the great shower, it was a real treat. The waterfront location was a plus.

The pool area did need a more thorough cleaning, I noticed a few bits floating about.

the check-in process was smooth. brad at the desk was helpful. the location was perfect for exploring the city center. breakfast was busy, but it offered many options. we found the hotel very accessible to nearby attractions.

the bath plug in my room was stuck. i was not able to fill the bath for a proper soak. this made showering inconvenient, and i hope they fix it soon.

the air conditioning in the room was quite loud. the windows did not open. the room felt stuffy as a result. the bathroom felt very outdated.
