the all you can eat breakfast was amazing i thought with many choices. the hot meals were hot enough i noticed. i adored how cute and helpful the workers were, they were good. the room seemed large.

the staff were very friendly and always happy. receptionists janet and jo-ann were always pleased to help, and ciaran in the lounge bar was very nice. the suite of rooms was good with a comfortable sitting room and a claw foot bath.
the 'wellness centre' wasn't great. the spa entrance wasn't sign posted very well and i had to ask someone. the spa 'reception' was cold, not relaxing. or cute.

the breakfast included a generous range of food options and tasted good. the hotel has attractive decor and modern lighting. the public areas were smart.
the bar prices were inconsistent. different bartenders charged varied amounts for the same drinks. the bartender was rude when i questioned this discrepancy.

the spa facilities are good and there is even an outdoor area. the spa has a pool. the hotel provides comfortable sitting areas and offers spaces for guest conversations.

the breakfast was lovely and offered many choices.
I found the attitude of most staff appalling in terms of how they treated guests. it seemed they thought they did guests a favor by helping or providing basic service. hygiene was almost nonexistent, with no regular changing of sheets or proper bathroom cleaning. i asked the manageress to ensure my room was given a decent clean, but we returned to find the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Used towels were still there.
