spacious roomill-fitting blindsuncomfortable couch
the room was spacious and it had a shower in the bath, i found that acceptable.
i booked a suite, but there were no curtains. just blackout blinds were ill fitting. exterior flood lighting changed colors and came through the gaps, the couch was also very uncomfortable.

a somewhat underwhelming stay
pre-made eggsrundown feel
the breakfast left much to be desired the scrambled eggs tasted suspiciously pre-made also the toaster seemed to be on strike the bar area had a slightly rundown feel a fridge looked to be on its last legs staff struggled to keep it operational it gave off a distinctly cheap vibe not what i expected at all

i went to new lanark mill to celebrate. a lovely big room with a huge ensuite shower room was assigned to me. before check-in, i walked through woodlands to the falls of clyde. staff were friendly and helpful during my time.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location was magnificent. the restaurant provided excellent service.
the food was disappointing. my tomato soup tasted like tomato paste. the fish was bland and had slimy skin, and brussels sprouts were too hard to cut.

wonderful stay!
clean roomamazing staffgreat servicefood taste
the room was clean and tidy. the swimming pool was lovely and staff provided a good service. all staff were pretty good for my little girl, two members of staff especially were amazing. i appreciated the receptionist and the team leader who was on the bar and restaurant when we were there.
the food was not up to a standard i would have expected. i had the prawn cocktail to start for dinner and there wasn't much of it. no real taste. my partner had the muscles. they were tasty, but a little too salty.

The standard double or twin room had comfortable beds and pillows. the spacious bathroom provided ample space for toiletries and getting ready. It ensured a comfortable stay. i enjoyed the modern design elements.
