Solid Stay with Great Amenities

comfortable bedequipped gymswimming poolcountryside walk
The room provided everything I required for my trip. A comfortable bed was available. A real bonus was the excellent large well equipped gym. It also included a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi area. There is good countryside walk along a woodland trust public footpath close to the hotel.
The restaurant was full of locals. I felt that it was too loud and disruptive one evening. The staff was informed, but could not take action to correct this situation.
Location
9/10
The hotel offers convenient access to a woodland trust public footpath. This provides opportunities for outdoor activities. Plenty of parking spaces are available . The parking area felt safe and secure, even for larger vehicles.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast provided a good start to the day. The pub bar area is large. It features a big screen. There was a surprisingly good selection of bottled beers and wines. Food was well done, reasonably priced, high quality, well presented, and cooked.
