the staff was super friendly, i loved that. the pool was at the perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was so nice. the breakfast choice was excellent, such a great start to the day. my room was comfortable and quiet!

the hotel is close to morpeth, very convenient for getting around. it also has pleasant surroundings, and felt quite quiet despite being near a main road. it's a good spot for travel.

i found that half the car charging spots were occupied by regular cars. staff did nothing about it, so i couldn't charge easily. setting up the car charging took forever, almost 20 minutes. then, they charged me idle fees even though i was the only one actually using the charger correctly. i was quite frustrated.
