I found ample parking available. The check-in process was warm. Staff were friendly. My room included a large walk-in shower, a decent sized television, and tea and coffee facilities.
My room got uncomfortably hot! There was no air conditioning. I found opening the windows only helped slightly. The hotel provided a fan, though it was not enough.

The facilities feature a spacious swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis. Access is included with the stay, and a gym is available for use. It greatly enhanced my stay, though food was overpriced, it still tasted alright. The breakfast quality could be better.

wonderful experience
ample parkinghelpful staffperfect setup
the hotel arranged a meeting for many people at short notice. the location was great with ample free parking. the staff was helpful, especially ling, who promptly answered emails and arranged equipment. everything was set up perfectly upon arrival. i am very grateful and would use this hotel again for future meetings.
the room decor looked somewhat dated and lacked convenient charging points near the beds.

the gym has a good size, it recently benefited from a refurb. there is also a pool, a steam room and a sauna available . the facilities were modern and well-kept (i especially enjoyed the pool).

the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating during the entire stay. lindsay were really nice too help with requests at breakfast.

the bar area has a warm and cozy atmosphere. lunch at the bar included amazing fresh jacket potatoes made daily. the breakfast had good service with ladies always bright and cheerful.

the room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds and a large tv. the room was cleaned to a high standard and refreshed well with the sign on the door. the room was very spacious with everything that was needed.

the hotel gym had really new machines.
the breakfast service disappointed me a lot because i had to clean my own table. the area had many dirty plates and cups piled high and it was 1.30 hours before breakfast service ended. something made me quite ill later in the day and i think it was that breakfast.
