charming stay!
polite staffcomplimentary winecreature comforts
the staff was very polite and helpful. i had a glass of complimentary wine on arrival. my room was perfect, with all creature comforts included.
there weren't many electric sockets available in the room, so using the hairdryer was difficult.

the classic room included a large bed and a spacious layout. i noticed that the room included superior quality coffees and teas with fresh bottled water. it had attention to detail.

the hotel had a heated outside pool and a relaxing lounge area. the outdoor heated pool, sauna and hot tubs are available. towels, flip flops, and a waterproof hooded robe are all accessible to use.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the outdoor swimming pool was a real highlight (i spent a lot of time there!). i found the food to be consistently good throughout my stay.
the room's lighting could have been a bit brighter.
