I found the check-in process very smooth and accommodating. The staff was really helpful! there's ample on-site car parking, especially useful because the hotel is linked to a golf course. the location was lovely and quiet. although i didn't use them this time, the leisure facilities looked inviting and i would have used them if i had more time.
my only very minor issue was that some areas looked like they could use a small refresh.

my superior double room featured a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. i had a dedicated workspace with a large desk! amenities included fast wi-fi and a tv with multiple channels to watch after a long day.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both hot and cold items. i tried the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed the varied menu. It featured classic dishes and local favorites. staff were very helpful and attentive in both spaces!

The staff were helpful and polite ! The food in the bar was delicious. I especially liked the burger! The helpful staff by the pool. The pool and Jacuzzi area was fabulous!
The room could use a bit of updating. it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'm sure they're on it!

The staff were super friendly I loved that. I enjoyed the pool I found it very nice. Breakfast was delicious I was really happy about it.
Room 100 had air conditioning units outside the window it was noisy. The bed was large I discovered the mattress was uncomfortable though. The toilet and shower were below standard I didn't like that.

I noticed that the hotel seemed a little worn. the sports bar seemed like it belonged in the 70s. It was cold and lacked any real charm. the pool area was okay, but the loungers looked tired, and there was not a comfortable place to sit. i had higher expectations and felt let down by these details.

The Superior Double Room had plenty of space for luggage.. I appreciated the premium handwash and bath products provided. The car park was large, seemingly secure, and had ample space.
There were insufficient plug sockets in the room.
