i found the staff friendly and helpful. they moved my belongings to my room during the wedding ceremony i attended. the room was comfortable and clean i also appreciated the lovely bathroom products.

the staff at reception were so cute.. it's a nice touch after a long drive.
I found tissues left on the floor in my room. It wasn't properly cleaned, i guess it happens, but still, a bit off-putting, especially the tired and outdated bathroom.

friday night included a delicious dinner i found the food fresh and the portions good the service was attentive too anna seemed very knowledgeable the staff seemed very helpful and cute
i encountered some issues with cleanliness in the room there was a mouldy smell in the wardrobe and bathroom i also noticed an unpleasant smell from the toilet furthermore the pillows did not feel very fresh i found a toenail on the carpet where my baby was playing
