Solid stay with a few minor hiccups

heated swimmingsides excitementcaravan maintenanceovergrown path
Our family enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming. It can get overcrowded. Kids loved the sides outside. The caravan was well maintained. These features helped make there holiday great.
The path to the beach is very steep and overgrown. Getting stung by stinger nettles isn't nice. This path needs regular trimming. It seemed like a bit of a trek.
Rooms

The room was great. It had sea views. The room was well maintained and had adequate space. It provided everything that a family would require for a short stay.
Location

The site itself is beautiful. Gardens are also lovely. The hotel is located about 5 min drive from the city center. It is walkable, but a very steep incline to walk back.

wonderful daynoisy air ventreasonable sleep
The spa day i had was wonderful from start to finish. Grace and another blonde girl were very knowledgeable about the facilities and products.
The room i was given had a noisy air vent. It kept me awake on and off throughout the night, and because it was very hot, i couldn't close the window to dampen down the sound. i mentioned this to the reception staff at checkout, and they apologised, but they didn't seem particularly bothered. for the price, i expected a reasonable night's sleep but it was not possible.
