the spa gave us a delicious cream tea with a gluten-free option. the spa was quiet offering a relaxing experience. the ladies in the spa were particularly wonderful making us feel pampered and relaxed. the shower in our room was powerful offering a lovely experience.
the phone was answered by a very unhelpful person when i tried to book vouchers. she explained in an uninterested manner that the website was down. she said she had no idea when it would be up again i asked if i could arrange vouchers over the phone and was told no.
