uneven experience at town hotel
tired furniture poor service
the furniture looked tired. the brown wood fittings really NEEDED a refresh. service in the zephyr restaurant proved quite disappointing. we waited a long time for someone to clear our plates after our main meal. No one offered us dessert menus, and it was difficult to get the staff's attention.

Comfortable Stay in Central Location
room upgrade excellent surprise convenient location
My room had a fantastic upgrade, it was an excellent surprise. Breakfast provided many choices, a freshly prepared omelet was one of them. The location was convenient, it was just a short walk to the main bus station.

The rooms are modern, clean, and adequately sized for a comfortable stay. Rooms were totally silent when I was in the bedroom. Cleanliness standards were high, the room was super clean.

Spa facilities are accessible and well-kept. I enjoyed the available treatments. The hotel features a variety of bars and restaurants. The steak restaurant is a hidden gem.

Breakfast includes a freshly cooked full English option. I was happy with the helpful staff during breakfast each morning. The main restaurant had excellent oysters, scallops, and bass.

early check-in included breakfast ideal location
Check-in occurred earlier than expected. The breakfast included in the price was superb. The location is perfect with a short walk to the bus station that took approximately two minutes.

The staff was efficient. The location proved perfect with the taxi rank and bus station nearby. Breakfast provided many choices I found great.
The bedroom furniture looked a bit dated it needs a small refresh, I think.

polite staff good breakfast central location noise problem faulty air conditioning inconsistent temperature
The hotel staff are polite. They are very helpful too. The breakfast had a lot of choices and tasted good. The hotel's location makes it easy to get to various places.
My room had some noise problems. I could hear noises from the corridor and nearby rooms. The air conditioning switched on and off on its own sometimes. the shower water temperature was not constant. It changed quickly.
