peeling wallpaperextra charges
look, i hate to be that person, but the room was slightly dissapointing. a bit of wallpaper was peeling, and i spotted some stains on the furniture. i mean, its not the end of the world, but i expected a bit more for the money i payed. also, charging extra for drinks at the bar after already tacking on a service charge for dinner? really?

restricted viewchipped paint
the room i got was quite small and the view was rather restricted, disappointing. the service at dinner felt a bit pushy, pushing us towards a whole bottle of wine. also, the public spaces seemed a bit tired, the paint was chipped here and there.. on leaving, our dinner allowance wasn't taken off the bill! it was annoying we had to point that out.
