The location was great for accessing other parts of Mull!
I was not happy with the staff's English comprehension. This made basic requests difficult. The thin walls were an issue. I could hear the TV from other rooms! I asked for earplugs at reception, but they had none.

I found parking plentiful and convenient. It made arrival stress free. the room, a beautiful double or twin room sea view, had a very nice shower and toiletries. breakfast was tasty with a lovely view. The food really was a highlight. the location worked well for exploring the area and provided quick access to the ferry.

i found the breakfast offered many choices and tasted lovely. my room featured tea, coffee, and snacks which i thought was a charming touch. the treats left for us were lovely and plentiful the staff were excellent.

The food was lovely. There was a good choice for breakfast and meals in the restaurant were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and happy to help.
The walls in my room were VERY thin. I could hear other guests' TVs even with the volume down, disruptive. The shower was good but the bathroom was small.

The staff were excellent, providing attentive care throughout my three-night stay. The restaurant was efficient, managed well, and offered great food consistently. My room was clean with modern furniture, including wonderfully scented soap. chocolate, that staff replenished daily. I have no negative comments at all about my experience.
