the hotel had a great location. it was central and walkable to many areas of the city. parking was workable, i appreciated that. breakfast was also very good, i especially enjoyed the variety.
I found the room a bit small. there wasn't much wardrobe space to put clothing. also, the pillows weren't very comfortable. I wish they had a firmer option. the gym was also small with limited equipment.

friendly staffamazing soup
I found the staff friendly, they were always ready to help me with directions and recommendations. we had dinner at jörgensen kitchen & bar several times. I especially liked the fish soup, it was amazing. (the portions are very generous!).

I found the location convenient, placing me within easy reach of many key attractions. the staff consistently displayed warmth and a genuine willingness to assist, it improved my stay significantly. the on-site restaurant impressed me with high-quality food. i especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. It provided a welcome relaxation after a day of exploring.
While mostly satisfactory, i observed limited drink service at the spa. It's a small detail that could enhance the overall spa experience.

The staff was attentive and treated me very well. I was impressed. they were always smiling. This created a friendly atmosphere. one staff member gave me breakfast at 3 am. That's some GREAT service!!!

I thought the hotel was well-kept. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions and tour bookings (they knew all the best spots!). i found the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, with plenty of fresh options each morning. i also enjoyed the spa. It was a relaxing way to end the day.
the gym felt quite small. there was limited equipment so it was hard to have a good workout.

The hotel restaurant provided tasty meals. The hotel location allowed me easy access to several nearby restaurants. The spa inclusion added greatly to my relaxation after long days (the hot tub was especially nice).
The gym was quite small. I only saw one treadmill there, which might be limiting during busier times.
