The staff were friendly. Natty was excellent. She was helpful and resourceful. Her presence. I had a single room, and it had a view. A kettle and cups were in the room.
The bathroom door did not close at all.

The breakfast had a REALLY wide range of choices. It included food that was freshly prepared. The tables were continually cleaned. The Hilton is an hotel where tour operators pick up and drop off clients.
