The staff was very kind and always ready to help. muhammad assisted with taxi rates. the room was super clean and cozy. I appreciated the in-room amenities. breakfast had many tasty options.

The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival. the room was elegantly decorated. Fresh towels were available daily. the breakfast buffet provided many delicious options catering to different tastes. the location provided easy access to key attractions.
the room wasn't very spacious , made moving around with luggage a bit difficult

the hotel is located in a quieter area of şişli. it is within a 15-minute walk to şişli metro. memorial şişli hospital is 25 minutes away. cevahir mall is within a 15-minute walk.

it was appreciated.
The check-in process was slow and unpleasant. we were given rooms on the top floor with low ceilings. it seemed like a downgrade since the pictures online did not reflect this. These rooms should be advertised separately as attic rooms. the internal phone system was also not working, forcing international calls to reach reception.

the staff mostly did their jobs, which i suppose is what you pay for.
I found some pretty noticeable dust in areas that should have been cleaned. It made me wonder what else they were missing. It was a letdown for what should be a higher-quality hotel, and it made me question the overall cleanliness standards.
