The staff were generally helpful with directions. My room was a Beautiful King Room, and it was acceptably clean upon arrival. The hotel's location near public transportation provided easy access to various parts of the area.

The fitness room had limited equipment. There were only two treadmills, and both were out of service. The breakfast buffet, while available, cost extra. The cost was about 25 EUR per person.
