The team gave such a warm welcome upon my arrival. They displayed genuine kindness throughout my stay! cagla and the breakfast team greeted me with big smiles every morning, it made each day so great. the variety and the food quality were both excellent.
the street outside can be a little noisy early in the morning, it made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is very close to all transport options for reaching every sightseeing location. the cleaning service was excellent with daily changes of linens and amenities. It's a very convenient location.

i appreciated the hotel's location near transportation. it allowed very easy access to various attractions. the breakfast had many options daily. yousaf, the manager, gave us guidance for visiting various places. his help and caring attitude were amazing.

the hotel was near tram stations it was a short walk i think. there were some good restaurants close by i remember. the staff was nice and i liked that the room was ready and clean on time.
the sound insulation was awful it was a real problem. the pool was quite small and closed early at 10pm.
